Welcome to the Bio Feed Stock Application (“eParali App"), operated by the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA). By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App.
By using the Bio Feed Stock Application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
User must be at least [16+] years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their password, and for all activities that occur under their account. Users also agree to notify UPNEDA immediately of any unauthorized use of their account at support@upnedaeparali.in

Users may be able to update commodities, post demands, or otherwise make available content (such as data, text, and images) through the App ("User Content"). Users retain ownership of their Content, but by submitting it, they grant UPNEDA a worldwide, non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and display User Content in connection with the operation of the App.
Users are solely responsible for the content they post and any consequences of posting or publishing it. UPNEDA does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by UPNEDA or its licensors. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written permission.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. UPNEDA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to assurances of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UPNEDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UPNEDA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.
UPNEDA reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the Application, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
UPNEDA is committed to addressing and resolving grievances promptly and efficiently. The procedure for raising, addressing, and resolving grievances related to the Bio Feed Stock Application is detailed below.

b. UPNEDA will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
