Under the Bioenergy Policy–2022, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched the Bio Feedstock Web Portal and e-Parali Android App to promote the use of agricultural waste and crop residue as feedstock for bioenergy plants.
The project is implemented by the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) to connect farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and bioenergy project developers through a transparent and easy-to-use online platform for the purchase and sale of crop residues.
UPNEDA does not participate in the financial or commercial dealings between farmers, FPOs, and developers. It only provides the digital platform to help all stakeholders connect, communicate, and manage their own deals directly and efficiently.
Through this system, farmers can increase their income, avoid middlemen, and help reduce stubble burning, while developers can source quality feedstock conveniently across Uttar Pradesh.
The e-Parali App ensures real-time access and convenience, empowering users to trade anytime, anywhere.
