- After verification, users gain access to a personalized dashboard.
- List Crop Residue for Sale:
- Enter details like type of residue (paddy, sugarcane, maize, etc.), quantity, and expected price.
- Add additional information for better visibility to buyers.
- View Developer Demands:
- Farmers can view posted demands from bioenergy developers seeking specific types and quantities of crop residues.
- This helps sellers match their available feedstock with buyer requirements.
- Connect, Negotiate & Finalize Deal:
- Farmers and developers can connect directly through the portal or app, negotiate terms, and finalize transactions independently.
- UPNEDA provides the platform only — all dealings are directly between the parties.
- Update Transaction Status:
- Once a deal is completed, both sides can mark it as closed for record-keeping and transparency.
For Bioenergy Developers
- Create Developer Account:
- Register your bioenergy plant or company with valid credentials and contact details.
- Create Demand for Feedstock:
- Post your feedstock requirements by specifying the type of crop residue, quantity, preferred location, and desired timeline.
- Farmers and FPOs in that area can view your demand and respond with offers.
- Search Available Listings:
- In addition to posting demand, developers can also browse current listings of available crop residues.
- Negotiate & Finalize Deals:
- Connect directly with farmers or FPOs, negotiate prices and delivery terms, and finalize agreements mutually.
- Track and Manage Deals:
- Use your dashboard to view responses, track active deals, and maintain digital records for future reference.
UPNEDA’s Role
- Platform Provider Only: UPNEDA facilitates this digital ecosystem through the Bioenergy e-Marketplace and e-Parali App.
- No Transaction Role: UPNEDA does not engage in or regulate any financial transactions between parties.
- Transparency & Access: Ensures open access, smooth functioning, and fair participation for all users.
- Technical Support & Awareness: Provides user support, training, and awareness programs to encourage widespread adoption across the state.
